Glass of water chased with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Preferably 30 minutes before your bedtime. Sleeping propped up also assist.
drink a big glass of milk and eat a banana or a sandwich with mustard and then sleep propped up. I had to do this for a while when my heartburn was really bad. Then I started take Omeprazol (spelling?) and it is much better but with only a week left, I don't know if it's worth starting a new medication.
