Blocked sinus is a common symptom in pregnancy. I found that vicks worked best for me. You probably shouldn't be taking ibuprofen... Switch to paracetamol and maybe try something with loratadine in it? Loratadine is an active ingredient in certain antihistamines. It will help dry up the mucus and hopefully that will help with your sinus problems. I work as a pharmacy assistant and my pharmacist recommended it to me when I was all congested :)
I'm 20 weeks pregnant with #3 and I seem to always have a stuffy nose especially when I lay down didn't get that the first 2 times
I have had a light cold ever since I got pregnant. Maybe switch to Tylenol cold. Ibuprofen is a definite no no during pregnancy. Sorry you are suffering :/ check with your doctor and see what they would reccomend for yoy
Same here! It feels way worse at night when I'm trying to go to bed and right when I wake up -_- I don't really feel like taking any medicine either. Its only been a few days, I really hope it stops!
I am right there with you. A little tylenol helps my headache and I've been using a saline spray to help with nasal dryness (from all the blowing). I'm just suffering through it as I don't want to take much medication. :/
I'm also experiencing Nasal congestion, luckily it's not *** bad. But my doctor recommend me Tylenol during pregnancy. Maybe Tylenol might help. Hope you feel better!
You can take Sudafed, and stop taking ibuprofen. So bad for baby. Call your doctor for things to take. My doctor said I could do Sudafed, Claritin, ir Benadryl.
