I just want to eat normal again!

Hey ladies,
This is my first pregnancy. I am 7 weeks today. I am nauseated pretty much all day but what bothers me the most is that pre pregnancy all I usually ate was fruit veggies and proteins with some healthy carbs. Now I can't even look at veggies without wanting to throw up! I can eat fruit but I am going into carb overload I swear. I used to never eat fries or hamburgers, but that is all I can stomach now! I'm bummed because I'm worried I will pack on the pounds and I want to eat the good stuff for my baby growing inside me! Anyone else deal with this? I literally can't even look at raw veggies or a piece of meat! The only luck I have had was putting spinach in a smoothie.

Carrots and ranch. Those were ok for me. Maybe ranch or another dip can help with other veggies. Also, I have been able to get some steamed veggies into a baked potato with cheese/sour cream

I was a regular at the gym and only ate clean. I'm 2 months and can't eat anything but carbs!! I totally empathize with you. So much for wash board abs. Lol

I did that last night too! At least I'm not the only one in this boat. Let's hope this will pass! On the bright side my hubby is loving all the carbs in our house

I am in the same boat!! I am loving french onion dip and coke! I did manage to slip some chicken and veggies into some pasta maybe you can try that. I know pasta is full of carbs but at least you could get some healthy stuff too. Hope that helps
