Inner Thigh Pains

has anyone else had inner thigh pains it's hurting so bad and idk why can somebody help

Also my baby is head down which I think has been making it worse.

I have them frequently, usually when lying down. I found that switching sides often helps alot. I think it is ligament stretching pain, contributed to hormonal changes from what I read.
