Is drinking a glass of wine okay

i had one glass of wine today during Christmas dinner had not drank anything during my 10 week pregnancy emediately started feeling bad about ....  And wanted to vent...

I had a (small) glass of wine with Christmas dinner.  Don't worry,  one glass won't do anything!

I my self don't drink usually even when I'm not pregnant but there are people who don't know they are pregnant for months and drink and have perfectly healthy babies so one glass is not that bad but be careful:)

I don't agree with the every night a glass of wine won't hurt the baby story. But tonight, knowing that I am passed cephalacadual (head/brian) development a few sips should be OK, I had a short glass myself.  Don't guilt yourself, I would just advise not making it a frequent thing. And no more then a glass.

Don't. Drink any  alcohol  please .caz  everything u eat and drink ur baby get it and drink too . But just one glass its not bad , no more ! ))) have fun holidays  ))))
