Praying for good news tomorrow

I took two pregnancy test and a blood pregnancy test within these few weeks. My stomach is growing and I'm cramping. I missed my cycle this month. I have a appt tomorrow to get an ultrasound. I'm asking for prayers that I'm pregnant. We've been trying to conceive for a while now. I'm praying for good news tomorrow. The Dr told me it's not due to stress that I've miss a cycle because I haven't lost weight actually I'm kind of under weight.

I think I am as well. My breast sit up perfect now. My nipple pokes out when I don't have a bra on, they've never did that unless I was pregnant and my three year old stays up under me. Before my miss cycle she didn't want anything to do with me as far as wanting to always be under me. I'm kind of confused tho.
