I agree with the ladies above ^^^ @ 15w
I too suffered immense pain in pelvic, ab area w/light brown spotting I had to go to ER. Super scary bc it felt like I was going to lose my bby. Doc ruled it BH But my OBGYN said it's too soon so I guess it's just plain Ole ligament pain from bby making room. I was told to lay down or put feet up, take warm baths, focus on breathing and clear mind. And on good days, take short walks to help stretch muscles.

This is my first time pregnant as well. As of Wednesday, I will be 18 weeks. I just started having the same problem. My doctor said it is completely normal.. It is called Braxton Hicks contractions. Here's the definition from online: Braxton Hicks also known as prodromal labour or practice contractions, or incorrectly as false labour, are sporadic uterine contractions that sometimes start around six weeks into a pregnancy. However, they are not usually felt until the second trimester or third trimester of pregnancy

Hope this helps!! Don't worry, everything is fine! I was very concerned as well. It hurts like a ***** huh.. Haha! Good luck Lil Mama
