No Heartbeat:(

Just went for my ultrasound and I measured at 7 weeks but no heartbeat.  How long will it take for my body to miscarry?

My first U/S I measured 7weeks. The doctor was positive I would have a miscarriage. I decided to wait. Now im 10weeks with a heartbeat.

Get another U/S or a second opinion before the d&c

Awe! Im so sorry to hear about your loss.

I had a scare just like that a week ago, when i started to bleed. I rushed to the hospital at 6 weeks and they gave me an ultrasound. Weird part is i never heard back from the hospital. I only seen a picture of the ultrsound.

I hope and wish nothing but great things for you, from here on out. Once again im so sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. My last pregnancy I went in for my first ultrasound and found out the same thing. I know how hard it is. It took me about a week for it to happen naturally. Again sorry for your loss.

I am scheduled for a D an C on Wed.

We are emotional basket cases but I know that with loss time will heal.

Good luck to all of you July pregnant moms, I wish you all happy healthy pregnancies and babies:*

Sorry to hear.  I have been this way four times before.  If you get a D & C it doesn't take as long, there is also a pill that induces labor.  In any case you will probably be bleeding for a few weeks. The doctor will follow your beta levels until they are at a non pregnant level.  I am sorry for your loss. Hugs.
