I'm experiencing a lot of pain as well... mainly lower abdominal sharp pains (which is called round ligament pains) and also my bones are very achy. Try taking a couple Tylenol before bed, maybe purchase a maternity pillow (they have them at Walmart for reasonable prices), and also yoga helps. If u don't want to take a class I suggest purchasing a maternity yoga dvd on amazon. Until then just do some maternity stretching (maybe youtube it) hope that helps ! :)
im also 14 weeks pregnant. & i got abdominal and lower back ( tailbone ) discomfort. but its not severe pain tho jus very mild.
I use a body pillow helps a lot, just adjust intro a comfortable position or a warm shower before bed
