Baby shower date

Are you doing a baby shower and if so, when? Have you also done much buying or are you waiting for baby shower to decide what to buy?

For me, friends tare throwing one for me on 30 May. My due date now is 5 July. Haven't done much buying only the immediate basics... Will wait until the shower to decide what more I need.

Im due July 8 and im having my shower may 23 and i already have a stroller/carseat a crib and a box of diapers and a few clothes. Im going to wait til after the shower to buy more things

Isn't it exciting? !?!  I am due July 19th and am having my shower a week from Saturday on April 18th!   :)  I am over the moon excited! !!  It is my first baby and the first grand child on both sides!

  Anyway, my mom is throwing me my shower in my hometown. ... which is a three hour drive for me but we can store stuff at their house then, so it works!  :)  

I did a mixture.   We felt we wanted a brand new crib because consumer reports recommended it.  It is supposed to be safest that way. We wanted one in particular since I am short and I charmed my way to twenty percent off.  LOL! We got a ton of free stuff from one of our groomsmen, whose sons were our ring bearers, and I am overwhelmed at their generosity!  Bibs, bassinet,  burp cloths, w ashcloths, clothes, breast pump, bottles, bedding for bassinet and changing pad, Boppy covers....  they are so awesome!   I plan to wait to see what we get in terms of "hoarding" some diapers, wipes, diaper cream for rash prevention,  gripe water, etc.  

I also think I will get a few of my registry items for myself after the shower if no one gets them.... to help with decorating the nursery and the angel guardian sensor alarm system to help thwart SIDs.

Due July 30, shower scheduled for june 14.10 years since last baby and our first boy. I did buy stroller, car seat, 2 bases, breast pump, bouncy, bassinet, crib, and crib mattress,but that was because our families had mixed feelings about us having another shower. So maybe more of a sprinkle?

I'm having one on the 18th April and due 08th July.
My MIL is going on a 3 month road trip around Australia on the 28th and we wanted her to be a part of it (obviously).
We've got all the big things like pram, car seat, cot, change table, moses basket, some clothes and blankets etc. But that's because I've been told I'm not to buy ANYTHING else until after the baby shower. I've got my mum, sisters, Nan, aunt, mother in law, sister in laws and family friends who are known to go way overboard lol

Due July 2nd and my baby shower is May 16th. I have bought a few things but waiting until after the shower to get the finishing touches.

Im due July 28th and my sister is throwing me my shower may 30th. I havnt bought much a couple outfits, but my sister is giving me hand-me-downs from my niece for clothes. I did register for the big stuff and essentials like diapers and stuff. Dont plan to buy anything else till after the shower.

My parents are throwing me one in my 35th week. I wish it was soone r so i could plan, prepare and buy anything else i need but Im grateful to have one. We haven't bought anything other than clothes. Waiting to see what the shower brings :)

I'm due July 2nd and my baby shower will be on May 9th. I haven't bought anything at all. Waiting for my baby shower to see what I get and buy the rest. Hope the big items will be bought by others lool

I don't know when Im gonna have a baby shower :/ It's so hard to plan when I don't know how I feel with symptoms and pain so far in the future. I would like to host one myself together with my hubby, since we are in on this together and will take equally care of the baby. Anyhow, it's so hard to decide on a date. How do you do it?

I'm due July 3rd and I'm giving myself a baby shower may 30th as as well..i have only bought boxes of pampers and shampoo and head to toe body wash..my daughter makes me buy little cute stuff like teddy bears and booties every blue moon but i am waiting until the shower is over to buy everything I will really need

Im due july 10 and the shower is may 9th. Still not buying much until we see what we still need after the shower :)

I am Due July 30th and am having my shower on June 13th. I have been blessed with an older sister, a hoarder mother and aunts that are still having kids so I have been given a lot of hand-me-downs. I have a crib and mattress, changing table, rocking chair, tons of clothes, pack-n-play, baby carrier and some decorations, all for FREE! I have bought a couple decorations bu that's it.

I'm due July 9th, my baby shower is planned for may 3rd. I'm having another baby shower for my husband's co-workers but I haven't picked a date yet. I plan on waiting until after the baby showers to get everything else so that I don't get 2 of the same thing that I don't need 2 of. Lol

I'm due July 11th my baby shower is being thrown on April 25th. I haven't bought much for myself but others, such as my parents and friends parents, have been buying me stuff here and there throughout my whole pregnancy. So I decided to make a list of things I already have to go out with my invitations since I have quite a bit. And I thought that would be easiest.
