Question for FTM who are18 weeks and under

just wondering whether any of you FTM who are at least 18 weeks have bought baby stuff yet? If so, what did you get. If not, when do you plan to get stuff? Not sure how much I should buy and how much to count on others to get me during baby shower. I got a playpen with bassinet and baby changer combo as well as a baby rocker/swing so far

We were able to get our crib/dresser and glider chair at target on sale (free mattress too!) So the nursery is pretty set up, found a diaper genie on sale online plus a 20% off coupon so picked that up as well. Also stroller and car seat. Trying to hold off on clothes until we know the sex! My husband is so eager to have everything all ready, it's hard to keep him from buying stuff.

Thanks mommas!! Makes me feel a whole lot better. Was beginning to think I was either too early or not going fast enough on the shopping. On another note, I'm in canada so hoping that the closing target stores mean savings in my pocket!! But I also won't hold my breath on it lol!

I don't know why people are saying it's too early. Iv started looking and iv bought bottles etc now we're passed 3 months. Nearly 5 months. I thinks it best for me to start buying now instead of a large wack on my savings later on.

I'm 15 weeks and we've only bought the crib and some bottles, thinking about getting some more bits now though. Trying to wait until we find out the sex but it's so hard!

I'm 18 weeks on Wednesday and have pretty much everything. The cot, clothes, change table, bath, car seat etc. Just ordered the pram yesterday... There is never a wrong time to start shopping. The sooner you start, the better I reckon. Then the costs aren't all one big hit closer to D day :)

I have all my nursery furniture and some clothes that I liked. That's pretty much it so far. Hoping for the expensive things like strollers and such at the baby shower.
