Thanks ladies! I asked my doctor what teas to drink and she just told me to look online...like wth, right? I am a high risk prego, and I'm not about to drink or eat anything that may jeopardize my babies health. I'm not one of those lucky women that can eat, drink, or smoke or do as she pleases. So I have to be careful. I appreciate the feedback.

Being pregnant you're still allowed to drink caffeine without it affecting your pregnancy. I personally don't believe in all these rules of what we can and can't eat or drink (except for the old midwives tales).
Look at the older generations, most of the pregnant women back then drank coffee and alcohol, smoked and ate whatever they want without hesitation and a huge percentage of us today turned out fine with no side effects. I think there's too many opinions and too much knowledge out there for peoples own good these days.

I like my green tea too so I just got it in decaf form and added a dash of honey

Oh! I also do a ginger and honey drink too. I grew up on teas, and my mom says moderate amounts green teas are okay
