I am all of a sudden dizzy so I'm laying down. I am 34 weeks along. Has this happened with anyone else? What should I do?

Ok. I called my doctor Bc it didn't go away and she said I needed to go to the er. They monitored the baby and everything for a couple hours and said I was over exerting myself and I was dehydrated as well. Now they told me i need to drink 15 bottles of water a day and not do so much work. But everything is good. Thank yall for your concern :)

It has happened multiple times for me
You are suppose to do what you just did.
Lay down but they say on your left side.
After the dizziness is gone go drink or eat something.
