2.more days till my due date, & no signs of this baby coming out. Havent dilated. What to do?'

I was in the same position and all I did was do squats, bounce on my exercise ball and took evening primrose oil vaginally for a couple nights and than ended up going into labor.

I've tried everything I can think of to get things going. Nothing has worked so far :( I've walked, bounced and hip circles on a birthing ball, evening primrose orally and inserted, Clary sage, pedicure, pressure points, and cleaning like crazy! The only thing I haven't tried, which I really don't want to is castor oil. I did it with my first and labor was horrendous! It was super short but way too intense! Not to mention I live 2 hours away from where I plan on having the baby so I really don't want to have the runs during that time. I hate playing the waiting game!

Yoga ball!!!!
I was 3 days over, spent all day rolling and bouncing on ball to into labour that night!! Have a little girl now :) xxx

Im due 7/25 and have been 1cm 60% effaced for weeks! Im scheduled for induction on wednesday but I want my little man to come before then! Im going to get a yoga ball today to bounce on and walk my *** off lol i hope it helps. Hope your baby comes soon too!!!

I'm in the same boat. I'm 40+4 and no sign of labor. I don't know if I'm dilating since my midwife doesn't check unless you request it. I have an appointment tomorrow so I'm thinking about requesting it just to see if things are even progressing.

I did so many squats I thought she was gunna fall out and two days later I lost my plug and water broke
