aching pains

So for about a week now when I lay down at night my right arm mainly will go completely numb like I'm getting no blood flow to it. So I'll have to sit up and shake my arms to get the feeling back. So at first I thought I just slept on them wrong that night but it has done it every night since. Now even throughout the day my arms ache so bad from the elbow down that it hurts to do anything that I have to use arm strength. They throb and ache, they will start to go numb as I'm gripping the steering wheel while driving or trying to hold the brush to comb my hair.. What is happening!? Anyone else having this problem ? I'm miserable.
