My midwife said severe stomach pain and throwing up are reasons to page immediately.  They can be symptoms of preecclampsia or something else.  I would call and see if they want to check you out.

When I was pregnant with my 1st child I was throwing up while in labor. I didn't get sick my entire pregnancy until then. Went to the hospital and was definitely in labor. Get checked by your doctor. Could be labor, or it could be dehydration. Keep us posted.

Sounds like you're throwing up bile. That's what it looks/tasted like for me and felt like when I had a gallbladder attack....but it might also be your body emptying to get ready for labour. I've heard that some people get flu like symptoms.

Have you eaten anything? The yellow can be stomach acid if your stomach is empty. It happened to me a lot in the beginning. Stay hydrated!
