Its probably just Braxton Hicks for both of you which is a practice contraction some have them throughout the second half of the pregnancy and the lucky ones only just weeks before their due date. Changing positions or your activity should stop the BY. Important note: dehydration can cause consistent BH or even preterm labor so make sure you are adequately hydrating. It feels like you stomach is tightening and can feel quite crampy. A true contraction will have a pattern and continue to get stronger, tighter be longer in duration and become more painful as labor progresses. You should always call your OB or midwife if it concerns you.
Is it like cramps? ? I'm 34 weeks and 4 days exactly too and since yesterday I've been having lower stomach pain as if I'm about to come on my period..i wonder what this means as well
