Anyone 8weeks pregnant with back ache? Sound I be alarmed?
I'm 8 weeks today! & I've been having back problems a lot!! I dont think we should be worried though.
Back ache yes. I'm 6 weeks. Alarmed no. It's just one of the many joyous symptoms of pregnancy. My period always gave me back aches and I wasn't growing a human. Only be worried if the pain is intense. Otherwise tell your doctor during your next appointment. You might try sleeping in a different position, maybe getting one of those body pillows for preggers.
