back pain

Hey ladies, im also a July mum at 27 weeks and have a fairly small frame but have a big bust and the bump is ever growing. My lower back is in pieces I can barely walk. People think its a typical pregnant waddle but the pain is causing me to limp.  Im pretty certain its siatica or syatica (not quite sure how its spelt). The pain starts in my lower back and shoots down. I cant have a sports massage as laying on my tummy isnt gonna happen and any stretches my bump makes difficult. Anyone experienced this or have any tips im assuming its only going to get worse x

I'm not sure where you live, but there are certain massage places that do prenatal massages. I would look around for them. I called a place called Massage Envy her in SC and they do them. I'm not all that able to do a lot of stretching myself, because it is very difficult.

Maybe have someone else do the massages for you and help with stretches. Also, whenever mine acts up, i have to get up and walk it out. it hurts really bad at first but it is the only thing that helps me.
