What are ways I can stop Drinking caffeine without the headache.
I get headaches without my morning coffee too. I've just started weening myself off it, trying to have a smaller cup every week and drinking herbal tea when I'm craving more.
Try drinking caffeine free soda:) oh and its ok to drink it in moderation I drink one cup of coffee in the am and the caffeine free soda later if I miss the coffee in the morning I have bad headache all day
