Is juice good for you when your pregnant? I try to alternate between water juice and milk....normally cranapple or crangrape juice...

Juice has a lot of sugar in it. Its best to drink water

I have to make myself drink milk now it taste gross to me I used to love it :/

And drink more apple juice, a little orange juice. Juicy juice is a good brand. No extra sugars or preservatives. But tastes so good

You may need to try lactose intolerant milk. This will be my third baby due on July 30 2015. With my first pregnancy I lost my love for milk as well. But was able to squeeze it in by consuming it mixed w something else. Like cereal, hot cocoa, a little strawberry syrup to make strawberry milk, or on the side w a slice of cake. Also there are alternatives. If you just cant do milk anymore then do substitutes. Cheese and google other foods with calcium. Can give u same benefit of milk

Milk makes my stomach hurt , I use to love milk but since I got pregnant I can't drink it

Yes 100% juice is perfectly fine to drink. Juice water and milk are great for you and the baby.. Congratulations
