I'm currently 34+4 and yesterday I went into labor. I'm 3cm dialated, the contractions have slowed. They said I could have the baby in hours or days.

How did u know they were real contractions and not those braxton-hick contractions? Im 37+6 and i been having quick sharp pains in my lower abdomen that only last a few seconds. They tend to come n go when i walk n relax.

period cramps + tightening in the lower back + pressure in your bowls like you need to poop = contractions, at least that's how they felt for me this time. Last time I went into labor I didn't feel it in my back at all.

I wanted to give you an update. The contractions stopped on their own. I'm still dialated to 3 cm, but it looks like they will be sending me home a couple of hours. Hopefully the contractions won't start up until Friday when I get to 35 weeks.
