I had a terrible head cold so I thought. Turns out I have a sinus infection. Doc told me from now on when I begin getting a cold to start Claritin and that should knock it out quick. Hope that helps!

Im 26wks have had a cold for past week/over a week now. Not much is helping but it is starting to go away now. If you want to take something maybe robitussin I took it one night last week, have been trying not to take medicine though. Ive been using chloraseptic spray at night, drink tea with honey, salt water gargles, saline nose spray. Went to chiropractor this morning for an adjustment and she worked on my sinuses a little bit, so that might be an idea if you have a chiropractor? Hope you feel better soon. I know its miserable to be sick right now.

Cold temperatures make the environment in the nose good for a cold, according to new research. So the suggestion was try keep your nose in a slightly warmer environment. Stay away from ac, cold weather, chilled drinks etc. Hope it works and you feel better soon!
