Watson, that is so funny haha I never had heart byrn before pregnancy. Sleeping in more of an upright position has helped me. Good luck!
Mylenta u can take. . It's good. .
It will go away as soon as baby is out. I lived and slept with tums in my first pregnancy...when i left recovery room I left them behind.I call current experience...the return of tums...tum tum tummmmmmmmmmmm!
Mine is so bad I would get acid reflux when I was sleeping - I'm taking the off brand of Zantac - it works amazing! It takes an hour to kick in so if I need immediate relief I use the tums, but since I knew I got mine mostly at night I just take it before bed and I am good all night :-)
I get heartburn too and I take zantac it's safe
Ooo. Need to try milkshakes! ;) I pop Tums since they are safe. I try to eat less at each meal and snack a bit.... sometimes nothing helps! Maybe our kids will be born with gorgeous hair!!! ;) :) I also avoid nuts and peanut butter. Which is sad as they are delicious but it aggravates indigestion for me. Just passing along! Following this thread! :) a happy and healthy pregnancy for all!♡☆♡☆♡
Milkshakes 1 or 2 hours before bed!
I have had it most of my pregnancy. Tums stopped working so my doctor suggested zantac twice a day, it works like a charm i very rarely get heartburn now
I've been having it for months. Tums is the only thing that helps me.
