I use to do yoga and stop when for the first month of pregnancy because of morning sickness getting worse with some pose. I m looking for antenatal yoga classes now but as my back hurts really badly and at night as well, I start to do some at home watching utube video. Works well. I really feel better. I try to go swimming as well
Man my back is killing me, went to the chiropractor it was only a temp fix. I want to try a massage
You could also go to a chiropractor.
Prenatal yoga can help a lot. Until you get to a class try some cat/cow, pigeon, and hamstring stretches. You can find lots of videos on YouTube demonstrating how to do them. I'm 22 weeks and still work out and do yoga. Have had plenty of symptoms but hardly any back pain.
