hemorrhoids. .

So i need to go number two.and its there... but the hemorrhoids is so bad i cant go. Milk of magiusa dont work.. neither does stool softers.. is there any kind of laxatives i can take? I rather have soupy stool then not be able to go. Its killing me.. please help. Im 19 weeks.

I think she's saying she can't poop bc the hemorrhoids are blocking or painful not that she can go at all. I had hemorrhoids after giving birth with my first and they gave me this pain relieving spray that u can get in the first aid section at ur drug store and they also gave me Epsom salt to put in a small little tub thing to soak in. I think once the hemorrhoids are gone she'll be fine when it comes to doing number 2.

Please do not take laxatives! Even when you aren't pregnant, your body isnt meant to do what a laxative makes it do. I took two when I hadn't gone for a week and rather than help me poo, it started giving my colon spasms which made my uterus start cramping up as well. it was painful and terrifying. My doctor told me never to do that again. Instead take stool softeners, eat more fiber, drink more water, exercise and if necessary (check with dr. first) use an enema.

I drink prune juice first thing in the morning, always works for me!!! And if not try coffee with milk...

Try increasing your water intake! Did you talk to your dr yet? I just had an appt with mine (currently have 2 hemorriods) and he said if they are causing issues they can prescribe something! Some people do not have issues others do so they have no personal input on some subjects.
