is coffee okay??

So I'm almost 5 months and have been feeling quite tired in the morning even if I've gotten a great nights sleep. Can I still drink coffee and have my baby be okay? I'm just not sure how much I can have or if I should have any at all.?

My doctor says its fine to have coffee, but i limit mine because i get carried away with coffee. Plus keep in mind other things have caffeine so have but in moderation. Unless the doc says otherwise

It's completely fine to drink coffee.
There is a study saying pregnant women are allowed to drink 200mg of coffee a day. Which I asked my boss/my pharmacist how much is 200mg exactly and she said that 1 cup of home made coffee is roughly 60mg of caffeine :)
If you drink coffee just make sure you also keep up with your water intake as caffeine will dehydrated you.

I have 1 or 2 coffees a day, I don't think it's bad at all. I drank coffee with my other 3 pregnancies and all of my babies turned out just fine
