I'm due july 29 and I feel like ima give birth anytime soon. Im 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. So much braxton hicks and back pain. My doctor said he might be born anytime soon.

I'm due in 4 days and no sign either, don't worry too much :) I had no signs with my first either, but my water broke 1 day after due date anyway and delivery went well and lasted 10hours

My sister who is a 1st time mom had her baby 2 months ago...she was only 1 cm at her 39 week check and had no other signs. The day before her due date she started getting false labor contractions and went to the hospital, it caused her to dilate to 4cm just like that. They sent her home, but her water broke that night and she had more contractions, my nephew was born the next day. Don't get so discouraged, and good luck!

I don't have none of that either nor am I dilated:( baby just don't want to come out:( I've only had LOTS OF BACK PAINS and stomach pains but that's all

I'm due the same day. What do you mean no signs? I haven't lost my mucus plug and I'm not having contractions or braxton hicks, not having diarrhea, not having back pain, haven't had water break. I know i was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced at last weeks check up. Have you had anything at all?
