losing weight instead of gaining

In 8weeks going on 9weeks now, no morning sickness a plus, just nauseous feeling. Super excited but I losing not gaining weight ... Is this ok or should I jus start eating a lot ??

I was feeling nauseous and still but not as bad but when my mom visited me, sbe kept pushing the food towards me!!! I was so tired of seeing food lol

I too am losing weight; in my case, I think it's because I spend too much energy breast feeding and don't seem to find the time to eat as much as I'd like...I' m always starving but have a 6 month old who is teething and a 7 year old who needs me a lot since we moved in august...Baby is doing great according to iltrasound

Perfectly normal to lose weight in the first trimester. Your baby is safe. Try giving pediasure a try, it's filled with vitamins and nutrients.

Im the same. Im 9 weeks and everyday i get scolded by a lady i work with because she thinks im loosing weight. Just super nauseous most of the day!

I also lost about 1 to 2 kg! Dont worry. It's very normal in 1st trimester. Because of the nausea our appetite may not be as great. Also we tend to eat more consciously and healthier. Less sugar intake will make us lose weight too!
