weight gain

This is my first pregnancy. I am 28 weeks and 2 days and have only gained 9 pounds last time I went to the doctor they told me to be mindful of my weight. All through this pregnancy I have not had a big appetite. They say the baby is growing fine.I am nervous because   I go see the doctor when I am 30 weeks and they want me to be at least 16 pounds. Do you have any advice?

I didn't gain any weight until I reached my third trimester. Gained about 15 pounds in 3 weeks. It *****. I just can't stop gaining the weight now. Some people gain almost all of their weight in the third trimester

I haven't been to the dr in almost 2 weeks but I have only gained 9lbs and I'm almost 31 weeks. Dr says he is fine and growing. How big are you? That will determine how much weight you should gain.

I am almost 31 weeks...have gained a total of 8lbs...it has fluctuated up and down the whole time...but baby is a healthy 3.5 lbs and doctor isn't concerned at all. JUst encourages lots of high protein snacks
