nerves and nausea

Hi all, I'm 20 years old and almost 6 weeks along with my 2nd pregnancy and I'm Due July 10th. It will however be my first baby, I miscarried in January the day before 12 weeks. (The baby stopped growing very early and I just took a while to pass it apparently) now I've been taking my vitamins for 4 days now and even if I don't smell it at all first I get super nauseated after I take it :( so I guess my question is Is there anyone going through the same things? My main thing is fearing another miscarriage and I'm not sure if I should get a different vitamin or if they'll all do this to me?

Try taking it with milk. Drink the milk then put it in your mouth so you don't get the taste. I have the same problem from my prenatal

Hey. I've just been to the loo and had some watery blood. Done a test and line is very feint so I guess this is the start of another miscarriage for me. So I'm signing off. Think I'm going to give up on a baby. I have my fingers crossed for each and every one of you. All the best xxxx

That's my biggest worry too Is the heart break. This pregnancy and our first was planned so it really hurt to have something I wanted so badly to be taken away. But about the vitamin D I've never heard that by its definitely worth a try! Thank you for your answer.

Hey!  I'm due July 10th as well and terrified of miscarriage..4weeks in to my pregnancy the docs told me i was likely to miscarry but then by hcg level came way up..i have never got over it and finding it difficult to get excited about it in fear of the heartbreak..   in terms of vitamins my doc told me 1000mcg of Folate and 2000iu of Vit D! Also heard of miscarriages being avoided by taking vit D :) hope this helps!

I lost 2 babies just like you. The obstetrician I'm seeing now said I needed to take folate 0.5mg everyday. He said the folate in elevit is not high enough especially since I've miscarried before. Go get a bottle if you havent already. It helps the babies cells develop.
