Applying for a job??

I am currently 13 weeks jobless and found a perfect opportunity for a job that I might be a great fit, but it does say " looking for a long term employee".  Should I still apply, since I pregnant and will need maternity leave. If I do, do I say about my pregnancy?

Go for it! Don't say anything until after getting hired. My friend did the same thing. She went back after maternity leave and her and her employer have a great relationship.

I mean, if you're looking to go back after your pregnancy, it's not the best start to your relationship. Also, depending where you are, there might be a 90 day probationary period. You will definitely be showing by the end of that. You definitely have no legal obligation to tell them, but if they specifically say they want someone long term, I think it depends more on your morals and whether you are also hoping to have a long term arrangement as well.

If you need the job apply and don't say anything about being pregnant.  In my opinion it's none of their business until it needs to be. I didn't announce my first pregnancy until my due date was a month away. They could tell I was pregnant but I didn't see a need to say anything

I'm 14 weeks today and I'm going through the same thing. I wasn't sure if I should tell them or not.
