Is anyone a cigarette smoker? I've been trying to cut down to four a day so far or less but it's so hard. I'm hoping in the next few weeks the smell and stuff will be unappealing to me like some people...
I smoked almost a pack a day and i quit all together when i found out i was pregnant. It also made me sick so that helped out. Good luck though i know how hard it is.
Mine is a smoker too so Yes it's very hard.. I just hope cigarettes make me sick at the sight of them very soon lol . I just feel so guilty when I smoke one
I'm a smoker as well. I have gone from a pack a day to about 4 or 5 a day in a week, and it is very hard especially since my bf smokes too. So I'm hoping I can fully quit here soon and the smell starts to become unappealing to me
