something strange happened??

I had to sit on the floor to reconnect the router password on my phone and when I got up, I saw a bunch of little white dots around. I couldnt directly look at them but they moved as my eyes moved. Does this mean anything and do I need to call my doc?

Sounds like low blood pressure. Eat often and move slower

You probably just stood up too fast. I've seen stars before this pregnancy and have seen them during too. When I looked it up, it said it's just another symptom.
Although if it happens a lot  more often I would get it checked out just to be sure your blood pressure is in check.
