Well i went the docters yesterday (22nd) and got checked iM 2cm dilated and btw im 39 weeks and 1 day today what should i do to keep up the progress? Ive been dilating pretty fast docter said she should be here by this weekend
I'm also 39+1 today, and at my appointment now. Hope I get some good news! Try walking and sex, it helped with my other pregnancies. Good luck!
Try a massage, i got one and it kick started my labor. But make sure the person is licensed for maternity massages
