When do I start worrying about the temp of  my showers?  How hot can it be without hurting the baby?  How would I regulate it?

Baths, rather than showers, are of concern. Baths, like hot tubs, submerge the body in a constant source of heat while showers are intermittent in that not all of the surface area of your skin is covered at one time.

I wouldn't think it would hurt the baby if it didn't hurt you but I've never heard of this concern. Can your water really hurt your baby?

Just don't toast yourself. Don't worry, that should be least of your worry.:)
