Help please!!!
So this is my second pregnancy but first with twins I am 23 weeks. Today I have had a mucas type discharge twice with some blood showing up in it. I also feel like I'm leeking/just peeing occasionally and it comes from know where. I have had some problems with this pregnancy and am very worried about what I should do. I have an ultrasound tomorrow at 2:30 central time an was hoping to hold off until then but I don't want any harm to Come to my girls. What should I do any hell is app riveted thanks in advance
