Thank yu and ughh it's by far the worst first trimester for me I stay nauseous 24/7 I hate it I just turned 7 weeks today I had chest pain but the doctors told me thats the milk glands forming but so far just been nausea I hope everything is ok with the babies though try seeing your doctor to make sure

Congratulations. I'm in the same boat. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I found out yesterday I'm having twins. I was extremely shocked!
How are you feeling?
I have dull ache in my lower tummy and it's worrying me.
