Well guys I tried sea band's and while they didn't stop the nausea they did help with dizziness so I give them a thumbs up also pregnancy pop drops while at a store or resturant helped me keep it down so to speak . . . I tried all the ginger and ginger ale products and nothing helped today I start meds and heart burn meds as well they say this one has no side affects for the baby

Ginger is a great way to naturally fight nausea. Make smoothies or juice with a little finger in them, drink ginger ale,  or I bought candied ginger at the store. Eating a little piece will usually settle my tummy pretty quickly.
