14 weeks and no appetite

Is anyone else going through this? I'm 14 weeks with my first and I'm only actually hungry about once a day. I drink plenty of water and I work out a few times a week (nothing crazy) but I'm just not hungry. I force myself to eat because I know I need to but even then I rarely finish my food. I've gained about 3-4 lbs since the start of my pregnancy depending on the day. Should I be worried?

Same here I get hungry but I have zero appetite, lost 6 pounds since I was 11 weeks now 18, Dr isn't worried so long as I'm not dieting.

I also had no desire to eat in the beginning. Im 17 weeks now and can eat more. Luckally you are gaining. I have lost 6 pounds so far. Just try and eat what you can. As long as baby is growing it will be fine.
