Thanks, i tried rolling up a soft blanket too and it helps. Turns out i was severely constipated and i didn't know it! (I never really concentrated on my bowel mvmts lol)
Its not actually good to slee on your back at all when your pregnant because it cuts oxygen off to your baby. Your also getting abdominal cramps when your on your back because there is a nerve back there that gets "pinched" when your pregnant and on your back. Drs reccommend really only laying on your back for sex. Hope that helps. Also try a heating pack on your stomach if you have to lay on your back. Heating packs will become your best friend
Try sleeping on your side or stomach. And if you do sleep on your back try propping up with pillows. As your get further along its not good to sleep on your back because of the pressure on the nerve on your back.
I have same problem .I am 7 week
