Does anyone else feel as though their baby will come any moment?

Does anyone else feel as though the baby is about to come at any moment? I'm 34wks 3days today and have been having BH contractions constantly (irregular of course) but I have period-like pain and so much pressure, especially as she squirms around alot, pushing me everywhere, especially my lower abdomen. I also have vaginal pain but also pain quite often just above my vagina (it's a bit hard to describe), that I just imagine that my cervix is slowly opening!!!!! I just feel as though it could happen at any moment. Does anyone else have these feelings? I always had a feeling in the beginning that she would come earlier (around the 38th or 39th week). Would you guys go on your instincts? If anyone else has any previous pregnancies, did you also feel the same and did it come true? Would be interesting to hear any comments/opinions.

I feel like our baby is going to come early. I've just been feeling different the last couple of days. Not to mention the unbelievable amount of contractions I have been having. This is my second baby, my son is 3 and a half. He came right on schedule; born on his due date. So I was told chances are that this one would come early, plus I've had the feeling that she would arrive early since day one. And the pain "above" your vagina, I have the same pain, and yes it is pressure on your cervix. Is your baby head down? Because mine has been since 19 weeks and she is in my pelvis already, causing the pressure on my cervix. Either way, when the time comes, you'll know. But keep timing contractions, especially if they get more intense.
Best of luck!!

I do have the same feelings!!!! I do have a son, he is 8 but beleive me I dont remember how u feels when u are going to labor so I dodnt know if this close or not. For past few days I have 'strechy" kind of pain around my belly button. Its awful, I cant sit, walk or anything. Im wondering if I should call my doc or not. I have doc app on Monday and dont want them to think Im panicing.
And yes u can miss contarctions specially at night but dont worry u will know when this will be a time. There is no way u will miss that!!!!

My midwife told me that when the times comes, you will just 'know' that it has come. I have to admit, I feel so much pressure and pain that everytime I go to the toilet, I feel as though I should expect something like parts of the mucous plug or some blood. Regular contractions are supposed to come, well, more regularly. I have times my contractions adn they're irregular, e.g. 3 minutes between 1st and 2nd, 12 minutes between 2nd and 3rd, 8 minutes between 3rd and 4th. Usually real ones are more constant and the time shortens between each one adn it gets more intense (that's what I've read and what my midwife said).

I feel that way everytime I experience something new. Like at night, I wake up and feel more and more pressure and cramping as the days go by. So I keep thinking that one night my water's just gonna break when I get up to go pee. But what would I know, this is a first for me!! LOL. I keep hoping she comes early but then again, I just want her to arrive healthy, no matter when. I'm also getting a lot of contractions, also irregular and sometimes I feel like a stabbing sensation at the center of it. Do you think it's possible to miss picking up on regular contractions if a woman has a high tolerance for pain? I just have a feeling I'm not really gonna know when I'm in labor because I shrug off most cramps and pains easily. But I'm that way with all things, I'm not much for drama associated with minor aches and pains...haha. Well, hope you feel better soon. Keep at it mommy, we're almost there!!!! :)
