Finger pain???

I'm just over 34 weeks. For the last week or so, I've been waking up in the middle of the night and morning to really bad finger pain that lasts for aw hile! It's hard to bend my fingers and sometimes they make a popping feeling when I bend them. Middle three fingers on each hand are the worst. During the day, they're not "as" sore, but still a little. I can't seem to find anything about this in my baby books. My hands don't look swollen. Anyone else have this???

I've been waking up with numb hands for about 2-3 months now. I just put them over the bed when it happens, and when blood gets to them it seems to go back to normal. It may be carpal tunel syndrom (it happens during pregnancy).

I'm 37 weeks along and I am experiencing the same thing.  I have to remind myself throughout the day to exercise my fingers.  They say it's carpel tunnel.
