Hi mature_enough - My doc  found 3 small warts on the vigina wall and said that this could infect the baby i.e. damage to her vocal cords and may prevent her from having a voice - 1% of this happens all around the world - so we decided to go the C-section way - doc said he would be able to control the wards only after I delivered my baby. Thanx for all the info ladies. Blessings

Yes, they cut through everything. Your uterus is an organ, it's underneath all of your skin/muscle/fat layers.

Are you having a planned C-section?

A c-section is abdominal surgery. They cut through everything, but if you were in shape before then all you need to do slowly and you recover rebuild those muscles. It takes time but people have done it before. I am sure you will be fine. If you were like me with four priors and this will be my fifth.
