Spotting at 20 weeks??

Not sure what to think...got home from work today and went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a pink tinge to the toilet paper.  Not believing what I saw I wiped again, sure enough it happened again.  I have some pain in my lower tummy.  I still feel the baby moving.  I called the doc on call and she said take it easy and she would see me first thing in the morning.  Otherwise if it gets worse she will meet me at the hospital.  Please pray for me and my little one!!

I am experience the same pain and I try to wear the belly bands. It helps to get the extra support. I do this early before the pain. As soon as I get home I take off the band and lay down for a while or nap. This helps. But you rest and do not worry about the little one. My God mother told me early on the more aches and pains the healthier the baby. Sounded crazy to me, but so far she has been right and now I just tell myself its the baby taking charge of his body. I just hope when he gives it back I can fit my old clothes. ;)

Keep resting and I will keep praying for you.

Thanks for the advice jhanee...am really trying very hard to take it easy and just relax, unfortunately life is very stressful and am trying to cope as much as i can for nothing else but my lil one...

by the way, is it normal whilst having round ligament pain, the bottom of the stomach gets extremely sensitive? doc says its normal but it feels alil skeptical to me...

Hello, It sounds like you need to follow doctors advice. We are all in a delicate state. You need to take it wasy and allow someone else to take over the house work and the put your feet up. Rest as much as possible. No matter what let someone else take care it including the shopping. Also a great part of it all is to not stress. Find ways to relax. Stress and worry are not good either for the little one.  God Bless Praying for you.

Everything looked good at the doctor's this morning.  Cervix closed, baby good.  Urine good.  Not sure what happened.  Hopefully it won't happen again!
