Well, the good thing about 14 weeks being considered the first trimester, is that at the end of that amount of time we are actually more than 1/3 of the way there! :-)  I think it's cool we just hit 100 days of pregnancy (if you are at 180 days or less to go)! :-)  That is one of the first landmarks I like to celebrate...LOL

I am feeling much better these days, thank God, the 24/7 nausea had to go!  I now get queasy or throw up only when I see or smell certain things, like on Monday when I found a surprise from my dog left on the bathroom floor...LOL  I am glad y'all are doing better, too! :-)  Only 2 trimesters to go...and hopefully less and less sickness!

Yea the second trimester thing is weird.......som docs consider 13 weeks the start and some the 14th week.......most I could find online was 14 weeks........I guess they want us to suffer extra long in the first.......I started to feel better around 13 weeks. Cant wait for the 23rd!!!

I hit 14wks tomorrow. Although my doc considers 13wk the 2nd trimester. I feel good no major things ecxept the round ligament pains. I think I'm going to schedule a scan and find out what it is and surprise my hubby for christmas. My next appt is the 22nd.

Oh, and it's so funny that we all want girls!  I know we'd all be happy with more boys, but it's interesting that mostly all of us are secretly hoping for girls! :-)

Look right under this box as you are typing your comment and it says "show ticker".  Click on that and then click the pull down menu that says "add one of your tickers to the bottom of this post" and select "pregnancy tracker" or what ever you named your pregnancy tracker.  :-)

I am feeling better too, for the most part.  I also just hit 14 weeks on Sunday.  I still get nauseated and throw up occasionally, like this morning when I had to clean up dog poop in the bathroom...with my one year old son watching...poor thing!  LOL  It was quite an eventful morning...but for the most part, I am doing better.  I can eat a larger variety of foods now, as more and more things are becoming more appetizing to eat.  I also drink milk a lot, where at first, for most of the 1st trimester, milk or things with milk like cereal, would make me feel sick.  I am glad to have milk back...LOL  I have an appointment on Dec. 28 for my 16 week but then will go in for the u/s at the appointment after that at the end of January to find out the gender.  I am really thinking it's a girl, but will be happy to have another boy, too.  :-)

Congrats!! Looks like I'm right with you at 14 weeks today :) We are also hoping for a girl because we have 2 boys already. We won't have our scan until 20 weeks to find out the sex. Good luck!
