Omg ma back is killing me
Maa back been hurting since the past hr i tryed to get & the tub & soak but that aint work but make it worst & im trying to lay down & still not working its hurting in ma lower back & butt on the lft sidee ugh !
Do you have a heating pad? It worked wonders for me when I had back pain. Ii would try that or some type of exercise that will help your back.
