water??

What are your guys thoughts on water?? He has 3ounces of milk every 3-4 hrs. But last day or 2 he seems a teeeny bit conspipated... I dont know if its just his poos slowing down normally or if he is infact constpipated. But my mum recommended an ounce of water every now and again. Its cooled boiled water so its the same water he has in his formula. And he seemed to enjoy drinking it, and im not using it to replace any feeds.

Well my doctor told me I can start giving my daughter some water in a bottle to get her use to taking it from other people since I'm breastfeeding and she was 2 weeks when he said that of course he said once a week to give it to her so I don't think it will hurt to give him a lil water here and there but u might want to ask his pediatrician just to make sure
