Bad cramping and back pain

Hi ladies im 32+5 weeks today and last night I had really bad cramping in my lower tummy and really bad back ache. It would start in my lower tummy than travel to my lower back. Is this normal? This morning I woke up with pressure in my va jay jay, but its unbearable.

Its not my bladder its in my lower abdomen and it travels to my lower back. It started 3 days ago, but yesterday was the worst. I had to be on all four to relieve the pain. Dr said the pressure this morning was the baby using my bladder as a pillow. I always thought BH were when ur tummy tighten and went away when you changed position. I guess I was wrong.

Saw my dr and he said everything is fine. He said its really bad BH. This doesn't sound normal to me, but he's the dr right.
