Concieved, to my understanding is when you become pregnant, but you won't know that you're pregnant until  you miss your period. So in other words, if you have unprotected sex today and the next couple of days and these are your fertile days, you can concieve during this time. When you take a pregnancy test in about 2 weeks you will find out if you concieved.

My last period was August 14, 2011
Started having Unprotected sex September 4th 2011
According to my last period due date was may 23rd, 2012

And according to my ultrasound my due date is June 8, 2012 ..conceived sep 16, 2011

Not sure how it really work cuz I didn't have unprotected sex right after my period...

Are you asking for the difference between conceived and conception, or what conception means? Conception is the moment when an egg meets sperm (that's what babyiish said), and a baby begins becoming a baby.

Conceived is an verb, so we all conceived our babies at a certain point, mine was conceived somewhere between Sept. 20th and Sept. 27th of last year. Conception is a noun, so refers to the moment that action took place. Hope that helps a little bit, it was harder to explain than I thought. :)
